Constant Lower Back Pain for 3 years

Hi, so I have constant lower back pains that has been bothering me for 3 years now. I often crack the joints in my back to ease the pain and it does ease the pain temporarily because after a while the pain returns and the joints in my vertebral column is kind of stiff so I have to crack the joints in my back again so I can ease the pain and move properly. Should I be worried about this constant lower back pains? I have just turned 20.

• Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily • . Avoid bending in front. • Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. • Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. • Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I feel you need proper exercise... I’m not sure if you are regular with exercises or not. Most likely this is a muscle fatigue pain out of either a bad posture or due to weakness in muscle.
Next Steps
Focus on good exercises like brisk walk , cycling , swimming. Better to consult a doctor to rule out other pathologies if pain doesn’t improve
