Constant leg pain and hand shivering

I have a constant leg pain everyday although I don't do any excess workout or anything that can cause pain. Also, I have a constant hand shivering that sometimes increases intensively multiple times a day. Are this symptoms related to any health issue? I have a history of hyperthyroidism.
