Being a new mother sometimes is overwhelming. There are lot of new responsibilities and hence it's difficult to gauge and manage expectations.
It's is really sad what you are going through. Any form of exercise, going out a little in the sun and having a little time just for yourself will help.
Also talking about your feelings to someone you trust or a counsellor can be of great help at this point in time.
