Hi Doctor ! Greetings please ! My mother is ailing from some strange sickness from almost a month now. She looks fine during the day but gets sick by evening and once in 3 days if we check the temperature it's around 100 degrees. Although always under it but still worrisome. She feels extremely weak and sleepy, complains of tiredness and lethargy. What could be the case ! Plz advise ! Thanks

1 month of fever has to be evaluated, please don’t take it lightly. She will require blood inv and few images, kindly do it and get back to me.
Next Steps
CBC, RBS, RFT, LFT, Urine routine , urine c&S , blood C&S -2 samples, MPQBC, Widal, scrub typhus, chest X-ray , usg abdomen and Echo( to look for any vegetation )
