Before 5 days I cleaned my ear with ear bud from that time I'm getting alot pain around outer ear and front part ear even without touching.

It is risky to use ear bud by yourself. You can see wax your self and you may hurt your drum. Pl check  nearest  doctor and start medication. If lots of pain is there you can use and paracetamol like Crocin  or T Combiflam.
