I'm feeling kind of dizzy for a few days now. Gassy as well. I'm having slight backpain and cramps for few days now. Also i feel like i am always tired and running short breaths. When i touch the part between the bones below my neck it seems that my pulse are so fast. Also having white discharge

Needs physical examination. Might be Anemia,Pelvic Inflammatory Disease. Please consult near by Physician.
