My son was having fever 7 days back. It remained for 2-3 days and then having coughing and running nose since last 3-4 days. He is weakened now Can you please advise

It will settle down with time. Viral infections in small babies can take upto 2 weeks to settle down. You can give honey, warm water and steam, along with prescribed medicines ( if any after showing to pediatrician).
