Hi My age is 28 male I am suffering from hypochondria(health anxiety) I used to see every doctor to cheque if i have any health problem but as always my report and checkups are fine. I used to strongly believe in that i have heart problem due to chest pain and acidity that still mimic me symptoms of heart attack. I view every video related hypochondria. And know i have only anxiety but can't believe becoz of symptoms like chest pain, heartburn. I also do masturbating almost everyday. Is this any relationship between both of them please help and suggest best to believe in that i have only symptoms not that problem. Coz of all this symptoms i dont feel enough confidence to do what i love to. Like dance running and active games. Thank you.
