I am a 37-year-old unmarried woman. I first noticed symptoms of PCOS when I was 31. Until recently, my menstrual cycles were regular, occurring every 28–30 days, with a flow lasting only 2 days. Over the past two months, my periods have been delayed, coming on 31 days, and this month my period has not yet started despite it being 31 days already. I usually experience breast pain before my periods, and currently I am having side breast pain This is causing me significant stress. I am getting married in 3 months and I am very concerned about my ability to conceive given my age and PCOS history.
