I’m trying to get pregnant past 3 months but unable to. I take a Ayurvedic digestion pill daily at night , can that harm in conceiving .. it contains following things-1. Piper longum- 229mg,2. Citrus medics-87mg, 3. Black salt- 75mg,4.pyrethrum Indicom- 30mg,5. Piper nigrum-22.5mg,6. Ginginer offcinale-22.5mg. Please answer

No this Medicine cannot interfere with your concieving efforts ,there may be other reasons to it ,get your lower abdomen Ultrasound done along with harmonal profile and routine blood tests and get back to us for further advice on this.
