Hello Dr , my eyes gets watery when I stare at screen for long time , is it computer vision syndrome ? How to treat it ? What's the do's and don't

Pls use refresh tears eye drops (4-5 times per day for a week ) Drink plenty of water (4-5 liters per day) Give a break in each 30 mins Do pencil push up eye exercises (Google up it)
