Complete teeth decay

2yrs and 9 months daughter teeth are completely decayed even the crown of teeth decay. Shall I wait for her permanent to grow or opt for treatment

You should not wait for the permanent to get the treatment. As these teeth erupt at approx age of 6-7 years and moreover the infection from these teeth can spread to the permanent teeth. Get paediatric dentist consultation and get the immediate treatment for your kid.

See cavities are irreversible progressive and infectious disease, so there is no point in waiting, moreover milk tooth start exfoliating at the age of 6 -9 years (front ones), 10-12 years (back tooth) .
