Complete blood test

Hello recently i got my whole body test. In CBC section, laboratory given a remark terming me as normochromic normocytic. Am i anaemic ? Is it curable ?I am attaching the report for the reference..

As per this report, high RDW means anisocytosis. Hemoglobin is mildly low. U r mildly anaemic. Likely a case of aplastic anemia. Advice - increase iron content in your diet. Consult a clinical hematologist for further course of action and treatment.
