Complete ACL tear

I myself met with accident and hurt my right knee, my MRI report says i had Complete ACL tear, is surgery a only option plz help me out, even my MRI report had been attached

As your young , the first and better option is surgery only.. But no need to do it immediately..you can try physiotherapy for month and then decide.

It is complete ACL injury. So,surgery is mandatory followed by systematic rehabilitation to improve the strength and stability of the knee joint,which is important in weight bearing

Hello You have complete ACl tear in the middle but other multiple injuries in the same knee, bone bruise, posterior lig. Sprain and LCL partial year as well. I would suggest you to not to delay your surgery and treatment. Wish you good luck for your surgery and quick smooth recovery.
