Sir, I successfully done ACL reconstruction surgery, and some people says post surgery life you don't do running activity, game activity, and I got lot of tension, please give some suggestions

Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Don’t look into other business ok better consult ur nearby Physio who is also a sport therapist follow the instruction from him kindly remind all the sports person who are n the field return back to sport after successful surgery which are being operated on their condition enjoy ur life buddy take care wish u a speedy recovery soon
