Hi I have common cold and bit cough since morning .kindly suggest me suitable medicines. I took paracetamol in morning

Tab chest on cold(1-0-1)3days after food. Tabazithral 250(1-0-0)before food 5 days. Syr ambrolite s (3ml-3ml-3ml)1 week. Tab pan d 40mg(1-0-1)5days before food.
