Anove knee plaster cast for 6-8,weeks followed by physiotherapy. You should take some anti inflammatory medication & balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals.

Looking at your x ray the fracture doesn't seem to be comminuted.. As the reports suggest partial ACL tear , you should be clinically evaluated by ortho doctor.. If all goes well you can get away without surgery.
