Don't use etizolam for very long time as you might get addicted to it. The symptoms which you might face on stopping Etizolam can be dealt carefully and you can stop it gradually. You can take theanine with Etizolam, it wont cause any reaction.

L thianine not approved for anxiety. Etizolam too is for short term treatment and for long term treatment we have to use other anti-anxiety drugs. Though no drug-drug interaction was reported between them as per my knowledge.
Next Steps
consult

Anxiety disorder has various manifestations. Etizolam is a short acting anxiolytic belonging to the group of benzodiazepines broadly which works in curbing the anxiety features quickly, thus giving a symptomatic relief. There are other drug classes that can actually work on the pathophysiology and help you get rid of the disorder with regular medication.
Next Steps
About L theanine, you can consume both. Limited research done till date on its efficacy.
Health Tips
Consult a psychiatrist if you attain only temporary relief with these two and need actual diagnostic evaluation and appropriate treatment.

L theanine is not yet approved for anxiety disorders, only used as a dietary supplement .Better to use 1 approved treatment for long term management rather than combination of different molecules.
