Can this fracture be treated without surgery ? The x ray is attached . Please suggest all other alternatives..I can freely do all things except for a slight niggle during sleep ..

Can be managed conservatively, but the pros and cons of surgery must be known. Without surgery there will be little bump over the colllar bone but it will unite without surgery also
