Colitis colonoscopy
I had done colonoscopy 2024 it shows chronic non specific colitis and infective ileo collits. Doctor gave cizaspa x ,sompraz for last 1 month .is it crohns or uc or ibs.plz reply.
Non-specific colitis isn't Crohn's or UC yet. Infective ileo colitis suggests infection. Cizaspa (antispasmodic) and Sompraz (PPI) treat symptoms. Need biopsy results, stool tests, inflammatory markers to diagnose IBD. Follow up with gastroenterologist for definitive diagnosis.
