Good afternoon Sir/ Madam I have a son name Devance Rawat of 19 months.He was suffering from cold such as running nose only from last 3 days. I am using Monticope syrup for him but not effective.Please suggest the syrup or medicine for him...

Syp Allegra 2.5 ml two times in a day you can give for 10 days If nasal block nasoclear nasal drops 2 drops u can put it in both nostrils whenever required

If not getting relief and if child gets fever consult again
