Hi my baby is 2 months and 24 days old since today morning she is having a cold and while sneezing watery liquid is coming out my pediatrics suggested nasoclear one drop four times but will it help in cold as nasoclear is for clearing block nose plz help as  we are first time parents. Thank you in advance
