My 1.5 year son suffering from cold last 5 days. Nose totally blocked. Cant sleep or eat because nose block. what to do please help

Just add Nasivion baby nasal drops 1 drop in each nostril 3 times a day for 3 days Thats all Can give  nebulisation with  duolin and  normal saline also

1. Steam inhalation 4-6 times per day 2. Normal saline 0.9% drops 4-5 times per day 1 drop in each nostril 3. Chloramphenicol syrup 2-2.5ml three time a day for 3 days
