I m 32 week pregnant last 2 days I m suffering from cold runny nose and watery eyes my doctor told me to take allegraa-M tab, is it safe for pregnancy???how much tab we use in a day??? And my baby faced any side effects from this cold??? Any home remedies we can use in cold and runny nose???
