During winters my feet get very cold,sometimes the coldness extending till knees.My hands also remain cold..The coldness in feet and legs makes me very uncomfortable and it is unbearable for me.. In general I also feel that my body remains less warm compared to other people I do not feel any energy in my body and after having sex I remain tired the next day. I don't know whether the problems are related. Is my body not healthy in general?
