I have allergic rhinosinusitis and because of my work for the past few days I had to roam around in the sun a lot, which caused excessive sweating and when I went back to my office it was all air conditioner room, so due to the temperature fluctuation I guess I got a cold. I am sneezing for past one day, first it was clear watery snot now it's pretty yellowish like infection. Is it infection? And if it is how can I prevent it from progressing further. Also I want to mention that I had similar infection two weeks back and had completed an antibiotic course, got all clear but now again caught the cold.
