I have cold from last one week . I haven't took any medicine. I not feel well from this cold n cough. Please suggest some meditation .thank you.

You can take paracetamol 650 tds if you have fever. Take antihistaminics like Cetrizine for runny nose/ sneezing. Stay hydrated & follow a balanced diet. Take adequate bed rest.
