It’s mostly viral Give NORMAL SALINE NASAL DROPS 2 drops thrice a day Avoid cold water cold items or outside food Give leukewarm water Give steam therapy It will be fine.

If mild,just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Use paracetamol for fever if required. If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician or me here.
