Hello, you can use: -Nasivion mini nasal drops to relieve nasal congestion (2 drops each nostrils for relieving nasal congestion 3 to 4 times in a day.) -Syp paracetamol (crocin) for symptomatic relief from fever. The dose depends on weight of the child.

If no relief or fever is persistent, visit a Paediatrician for clinical evaluation and workup
