Cold and vomiting

I think I caught cold last night and when I woke up I was feeling very nauseated. I have thrown up couple of times and now even the water I am drinking and throwing up or vomiting even that. And I am constantly feeling very cold. I am even shivering even when I have all the clothes on sweaters and socks I said I'm still having pilo erection. What should I do?
