Suffering from Cold and mild coughs with headache, Can anyone advise what medicines should i take.

Tab. Montair FX once a day with Water for 3 days Tab. Dolo 650 Just now after food or juice. May repeat after 6hrs if headache or throat pain or fever. Syp. Lupituss 1tsf three times a day of severe cough. No need to take if coughing is not troublesome.
Next Steps
If no improvement in 3 days u need to get done blood reports CBC ESR CRP AEC

Warm saline gargles 2-3 times a day Plenty of fluids orally Use Honey and haldi
