I am suffering from cold and cough along with fever with 99.8 degree F. also have sore throat. Already 4 have passed.

Hi, It seems you have got a viral fever/flu. It usually subsides within 3-5 days. You should take plenty of fluids to keep yourself hydrated. Tab. Paracetamol 500mg thrice daily . Depending on the type of cough dry or productive you may be advised appropriate cough syrup. Hope you get well soon. Best wishes
