My boy is 23 months old and has a running nose and cough congestion since 2 days. I'm giving him timinic drops 0.6ml 3 times a day and levolin syrups thrice a day 2.5ml. Is it fine?

If your doctor feels it is fine , then it is fine. Don’t cross check. It’s a dangerous tendency to suspect your doctor.
