My baby is 2 years old. He has cold and cough since 2-3 days . Can I give him T minic drops. If yes, then what will be correct dosage for his age .

Use nasal saline drops for nasal blockage in both nostrils 2 drops four times a day for 5 days... don't use T-minic ,it's not to be used below 4 years U can use Syp Cetirizine (5mg/5ml) 2.5 ml once a day for 3-5 days.
