My 12 months daughter having cold, cough and hoarse voice since last 24 hours but no fever. Can I give kepodil 100 syrup. Her weight is 8.75 kgs.

If there is no fever, this is non-infective. No need for antibiotics. Steam inhalation, hydration, Atarax drop would suffice.
