Got hurt in back in october... Since then suffering frm tailbone pain.. Pains a lot wile standing frm sitting position n continuous sitting.. Pizza help

Its cooccydaemia.. Need to contact a physiotherapist.
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy +exercises will be helpful.
Health Tips
At home.. Rest +hot water fomentation +pain killer gel +no long sitting +no sitting on hard surface +use cooccydaemia ring.

Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily

Hi... I would suggest you to kindly meet a orthopaedic or a physio to clinically check you...and decide on the treatment protocol.. As you would require treatment on day basis for a while depends in the cause... Medication prescribed by the orthopaedic will help you to bring the pain under control..physio treatment help you to get back to normal life with proper rehab... Hope this is helpful for you..
