COCCYDINIA Problem

I am suffering from Tale bone pain since 7 months. From last 3 months the pain getting severe. I am using Coccycx pillow for sitting in office. Any permanent solution is there for this. Please advise me.

Avoid sitting on hard surface , avoid prolonged sitting even when on a soft surface , take a break every 30 min/earlier if painful. Sitz bath 2-3 times a day , ultrasonic physiotherapy , pelvic floor exercises

Tail bone pain happens if u have fallen down. Is there any fracture of ur tail bone? It usually doesn’t last so long. Have u shown to Physcian?
