Hi I have endometriosis in both ovaries because of this I am having difficulty to concieve naturally so my question is ........Can we take clomiphene while suffering pcos/pcod? There are some side effects

Yes you can take clomiphene For ovulation induction Better drugs are also available In view of endometriosis the tubal patency  need to be evaluated You should go for a test called HSG
