Clicking sensation in my throat

Hello, I am facing issue in my throat, whenever i use to swallow my spit, i feel click sensation in my throat like any vein always move from one place to another. I did study on google bt really not able to understand what can i do. It feels so irritating all the time while sleeping too. I do not have any pain bt yes just feel some cough is there also in my throat most of the time. I was consuming alcohol lot from last 1 year so thought could be issue because of this bt i quit it from last 1 and half month and did not consume single sip bt still facing the same issue. Can you please suggest. Thanks, Prajjval singh

Hi .The above condition you are explaining can be due to dryness of throat either by acidity(gerd) ot allergic pharyngitis. Keep your oil content in food in control . Consume like warm water . Keep taking a sip of water every 20min . Use an antacid razo d one in the morning before food. Doses of coffee and tea should be in control . Do not lie down immidiately after having food .

This could be reflux as explained by others but I too feel that it could be your neck cartilage click.

Take salt water gargles twice a day And antacid twice a day- before breakfast and dinner for next 7 days. Hope you do t have a stuffy nose.
