Clavicle dislocation plz help

I had a clavicle dislocation in my right arm for 5 months i didn't care about it ans kept exercising till i felt it's enough cause it got worse so i stopped for 2 months and started again and when i was doing dumbbell fly's I heard a popping in my left shoulder now and I started feeling the same as I felt with the right but when I look at it in the mirror it seem's ok and also my right shoulder begin to feel the after I felt it's a started to heal so wat's the Problem with my shoulders ?

From what your saying the acromion clavicular joint seems to be the one where your problem...like how the other consultant said get x-ray of both shoulders together holding weights..

Share x-rays.. If your clavicle dislocates at the Acromioclavicular joint. Then the AC and CC ligament needs to be reconstructed in order that get the AC joint reduced and stable.
