Circular patches on skin.

I have been getting circular patches on my skin, this has started since 3 to 4 months ago. I have consulted my family doctor, but nothing came as a solution. This circular patches creates constant itching and it becomes red circles on the entire body, when it's healed, it extracts the colour of the skin from that apart and it leaves a white patch on my skin.
