I'm having chronic urticaria problem from 2 months . Can i travel in train with chronic urticaria??? Does food causes anaphylaxis??? Should i travel now?
Yes you can travel. But it is advisable to keep anti allergy kit (containing the appropriate antihistamine tablets and lotions ) with you during travel.
Food can cause anaphylaxis. You should keep a strict watch on what food items have triggered allergy in your body till now.
Treatment of Urticaria needs a combined approach so that allergens can be identified and avoided and your body response of allergy can be prevented by proper medications.
