Suffering from chronic upper back pain near shoulder blade and in lower ribs done with Chest and abdomen CT scan all reports clear done with MRI of back all clear no abnormalities then why this pain is happening???

Don't worry..Nothing will be serious as u r so young.. Then definitely it will be musculoskeletal problem and check for ur bike handle whether it is rite on both sides. .if you are prolonged bike rider reduce it for a week..use some topical analgesic gels ... Hot water packs u can get in all medical shops will reduce ur pain.
