Can chronic sinusitis leads to shortness of breath and nasal congestion I am suffering from this from last 6 months no weight loss no cough no fever etc sometimes I do yoga it reduces and it reoccur after 2-3 days of relaxation .

Yes, it can cause nasal congestion. I suggest u visit an ent and get a nasal endoscopy & if possible a ct scan of the nose done.
