I m suffering from pelvic pain and lower back pain since 2017. In 2017 it was a PID since after that every years the frequency of pain has only increased. I have take all sorts of meds like doxyclimr, clindamycn, nitofuration, urispas ,zifi drotin, Urikind km sachet... pain goes while I take them and after few weeks the pain is back. I get pain while I hv to urinate no pain during urinating no burnin no discharge, no bleeding but while I hv yo peee and pass stool now a days I get a bit of pain. Sex is no more fun I can't hav coz while having sex I only feel pain and after that too. I am highly depressed all docs only give me pid meds and they are not helping. I have few childhood Trauma and stress in life. I used to resort to excessive masturbation and the pain to deal with my anxiety and stress. Ineed some real help in terms of identifying that why do I hv this chronic pelvic pain. It's impacting my life my career, my marriage and my bheviour. Pl suggest
