My mom is having nasal congestion since a month. What could be the possible reasons? She has used Otrivin but it's been a month.

Dont use otrivin..it can cause rebound congestion.. visit an ENT specialist in  your  city or you can do teleconsultation. She might be having allergic rhinitis.
