Usg report shows a small chronic inflamatory lession is back of neck . Is it low grade infection. Any risk is there . Please suggest. Attached usg report . A small swelling lymph node is persisting in back of neck is painless from last 5 months. No symtoms of fever or weight loss or other swelling in the bodies.

This lymph node suggest low grade inflammation and infection..sometimes it’s because of scalp dandruff You can do a short course of antibiotics and anti inflammatory.. No need to worry, if it’s not increasing in size
