I am suffering from Chronic depression from past 5 years.It all started when I indulged in making career.At the beginning I got Anxiety , panic attacks and obsessive compulsive behavior.Then after some time some how I managed to start a business.Then It started getting more worse. During this 5 years my depression had many phases. Following are the problems that I am facing today- 1. Low mood. 2.Suicidal tendencies 3.UN-managed work 4. Financial Depths 5.Easily gets tired 6. Sex Addiction 7. Very low self Esteem 8. Never Ending Worries 9 . Lack of mindfulness and many more... I am just fed up of my Life. This is not how I was before. I was full energetic,hopeful and confident and hardworking person.I had achievements in my past life which are very worthy. Technically speaking about my problem , I have genetic problem.My mom had also suffered the same.Low dopamine levels and Low testosterone levels.
