Cholinergic urticaria is creating a lot of problem in my day to day life ,I am unable to do my daily activities ... Whenever I am in hot condition suddenly I feel like many needles are piercing in my whole body, feeling like itching my whole body but when I put some water on my body I feel relaxed and calm..But if I will be there in the hot condition ,red rashes comes out on whole body with intense itching and piercing, heating sensation,it's very uncomfortable situation one can't go outside,.I also get this whenever I become very angry or nervous, Please suggest some solution..I want a go outside for further studies but I can't...
