And to keep you blood cholesterol levels in control then you need avoid junk, fried, stored, canned, spicy, alcohol, smoking, Sweets, ghee, dry fruits, mangoes, grapes, melons, chickoo.
Working out daily, taking healthy diet such as veggie salads, fruit salads will do.
